Rulendis is the result of a search for unconventional sites for the cultivation of Pinot Grigio: few vineyards have been selected in extreme mountain areas featuring an Alpine climate. Altitudes and climate characterise the aromatics and minerals of this wine.
The name comes from Ruländer, changed into Rulendis to stress the classic style and the elegance of the wine.
A wine with great personality. Highly intense pale straw yellow; intensely fruity aromas on the nose reminescent of green apple and pear enhanced with mineral and citrus notes; a wine of substantial structure and complexity with a particularly high acidity for the variety and astounding sapidity and minerality.
The selected vineyards, which are very small in size, are located at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites in the Bleggio Superiore, in the Judicaria Valley and in the Cavedine Valley north of Lake Garda. The sites are positioned between 400 and 600 meters above the sea level.
Horizontal bottle in a cool and dark space.
