Sauvignon Blanc, a grape variety typical of Gironde, is reknown for its aromatic features such as elder and grapefruit which are enhanced thanks to the 12 hours of maceration under the skins. Moreover the alcoholic fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats maintain the pleasant acidic and fresh note.
Pale straw yellow colour with golden hints. The bouquet is intense, supported by aromatic notes of elder, fig leaves and grapefruit. Dry, with good body, pleasantly acidic.
